The above figure is the automatic measurement and control system for exhaust gas emission of the drawing setting machine and the evaporator produced by Shanghai Chang Ai Electronics (Main humidity measuring instrument CI300). The system can automatically control the exhaust air volume of the exhaust fan of the drawing setting machine by using the variable frequency motor according to the needs of users and the best energy saving effect of the drawing setting machine. In the production process, the draping setting machine drying the fabric produces a lot of steam, if the humidity in the exhaust gas is too high, it means still need to reduce the speed to achieve the drying effect; If the humidity in the discharged waste gas is too small, the time of the heat energy in the oven is too short, which obviously wastes energy, thereby increasing the production cost. The sensor is installed at the position where the evaporation is maximum.After the normal operation of the draw setting machine, the closing degree of the exhaust fans at the rear part is all larger than that at the front part, the system can simultaneously connect and control a plurality of exhaust fans, and the power of the exhaust fans at the rear part is 80% of that of the exhaust fans at the front part.
