2006: Successfully developed China's ion flow high content oxygen analyzer. 2007: The ion flow high-temperature humidity analyzer was applied in environmental monitoring systems and supported the Beijing Olympics project.

Joined the National Gas Standardization Technical Committee. Shanghai Company officially established. When the Wenchuan earthquake happened, Chang Ai rushed to the disaster area to actively support relief and rescue efforts. Chang Ai nitrogen analyzer was applied in the atmospheric protection systems of key memorial sites in Beijing. Chang Ai gas analyzers expanded fully into global markets.

Successfully developed the"Multi-Protection"Electrochemical Trace Oxygen Analyzer. The Zirconia-Based Nitrogen Oxides Analyzer received the Shanghai SME Technology Innovation Fund Project. The Nitrogen Oxides Analyzer was selected for the Shanghai High-Tech Achievement Transformation Project. Became committee member of the China Gas Association. Dextens Switzerland established.

Successfully developed Long-Life 3D Ion Flow High-Oxygen Sensor. Zirconia-Based High-Temperature and High-Humidity Analyzer awarded Chengdu Science & Technology SME Innovation Funding. 4frontdevices USA established. Shanghai Office relocated to a new location. Became the Vice Chairman of Gas Analysis Technology and Instrumentation Committee of the China Industrial Gases Industry Association. Successful developed the Zirconia-Based Nitrogen Oxides Analyzer.

Chengdu Production Center relocated to Industrial Park. Awarded the 2014 "Advanced Standardization Unit" by the National Gas Standardization Technical Committee. Appointed as the Lead Organization for drafting the National Standard "Determination of Trace Oxygen in Gases by Electrochemical Method". The research project "Trace Oxygen Analyzer" received Shanghai SME Technology Innovation Funding. Successfully developed fuel cell trace oxygen sensor, achieving a technological breakthrough and breaking the international monopoly in this field.

Participated in the revision of the National Standard "Determination of Trace Moisture in Gases". Successfully developed Constant-Flow Injection Principle High-Temperature Humidity Analyzer. This product can provide long-term, stable detection in harsh gas environments, including high temperature, high humidity, oily substances, solvents, heavily polluted, and highly corrosive conditions. Successfully developed a solenoid valve-based flow proportional control device, effectively improving the control accuracy and reliability of SMT nitrogen protection furnaces. The CO₂ recovery monitoring system delivers data-driven support to recycling companies, enabling balanced recovery and supporting energy efficiency, emission reduction, and cost savings. Launched the Plateau Diffused Oxygen Monitor enables home pipeline oxygen delivery, improving the oxygen environment experience in high-altitude areas.

The establishment of the sensor company marked Chang Ai's transition from manufacturing to innovation, laying the foundation for independent R&D of core technologies. Independently developed new alumina moisture sensor, requires no calibration, free from signal drift, and has no restrictions on storage conditions, significantly enhancing convenience and reliability. This multi-component biogas analyzer features patented infrared and fuel cell sensors, an intuitive HMI, and printing functionality, setting a new industry benchmark.

Successfully developed the TDLAS analyzer, marking a new milestone for Chang Ai in the field of laser analysis. Successfully developed the new polymer film humidity sensor. Using innovative materials, it significantly improves signal stability in low-humidity environments while maintaining strong response in high-humidity conditions.

The folded-path laser gas analyzer based on TDLAS technology has been launched. Its design eliminates the need for pre-treatment devices, requires minimal maintenance, and is suitable for a variety of processes, offering fast measurement and easy operation. Successfully launched the all-new thermal mass gas flowmeter, featuring the innovative"Fixed Proportional Difference" method to improve measurement accuracy and repeatability, while offering customers a comprehensive energy efficiency management solution. Independently developed NOx sensor, providing cost-effective and reliable solutions for diesel vehicle SCR and EGR after-treatment systems, meeting China VI emission standards.

Chang Ai Shanghai Headquarters relocated. Chang Ai Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. established, providing more efficient and convenient localized services for the Malaysian market. Launched the all-new industrial furnace process analyzer, featuring proprietary"dual-core" sensor technology for precise in-furnace gas concentration measurement, supporting quality management and complying with ISO9001 standards. The new digital proportional valve, specially developed for welding processes, controls nitrogen flow rates above 60 Nm³/h and supports Industry 4.0 smart operations and remote services.

Chang Ai Subsidiary Shandong Process Control Co., Ltd. established. Chang Ai Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. established. Chang Ai Malaysia has been awarded the GLT RENEWABLE biogas monitoring project and completed installation, achieving a major milestone in project development. Chang Ai's CI-PC6500 Laser Gas Analyzer was honored with the Silver Award in the Electrical & Electronics category at the 2020 "Made in China Beauty" Awards. Chang Ai led the drafting of the group standard "Gas Analysis — Determination of Oxygen Content by the Ion Flow Method." Its approval highlights our expertise and leadership in this technology. Successfully developed the Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer, Trace Nitrogen-in-Argon Analyzer, Gas Chromatograph, and VOCs Analysis System, which all have passed operational testing. This Trace Nitrogen-in-Argon Analyzer adopts a fully integrated design and delivers performance on par with leading international products. Featuring a modular, quick-connect design, the gas chromatograph and VOCs system offer both durability and user-friendly operation, performing reliably in complex environments.

Chang Ai secured the Xihe Project contract, supplying critical equipment for military construction. Successfully launched the TDLAS trace moisture transmitter, solving the corrosion issues in lithium battery trace moisture measurement. The In-situ Laser Gas Analyzer, recognized for its excellent design and manufacture, earned Chang Ai the Silver Award in the Electrical & Electronics category of the 2021 "Made in China Beauty" Awards. Chang Ai was awarded the "China Gas Industry Innovation Award," highlighting our R&D and innovation strength in gas analysis. Chang Ai contributed to the publication of Modern Online Analytical"Instrumentation: Technology and Applications". As a practical reference in the field, this book supports technology dissemination, professional development, and sustainability goals.

The production center relocated to the Chengdu Tianfu New Area Industrial Park. The laser moisture analyzer's TDL technology has been improved to allow measurements without focusing or sampling, featuring automatic calibration and direct measurement, all in a maintenance-free design suitable for high-demand process monitoring. The medical oxygen analyzer has been successfully developed, providing highly reliable testing of medical respiratory oxygen to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical oxygen standards. Chang Ai won the 2022 "Made in China Beauty"Award for the CI-PC66 In-Situ Laser Gas Analyzer, recognized for its outstanding design and precision manufacturing.

Hongshen Company was established, officially launching its post-startup integrated strategy to consolidate key industry chain resources, enhance overall value chain efficiency, and drive high-quality development in the sector. The production center has been upgraded again, with a new 18,000 m² facility officially commissioned, significantly boosting production efficiency. Successfully developed China’s first oxygen analysis device dedicated to the reflow soldering process, enabling simultaneous multi-parameter measurement of temperature and oxygen concentration, filling technology gap within China. The Herriott optical cell has been successfully developed. Its innovative design improves measurement conditions, enhances photon absorption efficiency, and delivers superior accuracy and system stability. Independently developed plasma detector. It delivers precise, efficient, and highly interference-resistant performance, providing a reliable solution for gas detection under complex conditions. It successfully replaces imported devices, driving technological independence and innovation in the industry. After overcoming key technical challenges, we independently developed a corrosion-resistant thermal conductivity sensor. Widely applicable in gas analysis, this sensor significantly enhances product performance and user experience. Through collaboration with the China Institute of Test Technology, we supported the Chengdu Universiade with online hydrogen safety monitoring, ensuring safe and reliable hydrogen usage with our advanced detection solutions.

The Sensor Fabrication and Testing Center has officially moved into the production building. This integration optimizes the production layout, enhances coordination between the two centers, and improves both manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Chang Ai has been successfully recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) SME. These certifications affirm our strength in R&D and continuous innovation, providing strong support to consolidate the company's market competitiveness. Chang Ai led the drafting of the group standard Gas Analysis — Determination of Oxygen Content by the Ion Flow Method, using its professional expertise to advance industry standards and technology, providing users with more reliable testing references. The helium ion chromatograph has been successfully developed, offering a new solution for high-purity gas impurity analysis. This strengthens Chang Ai's competitiveness in the field and helps users achieve more accurate and reliable measurements. The Helium Ionization Detector project was successfully selected for the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Program. Its technological innovation has received government support, fostering the company's continued development.
