To accommodate the actual operating conditions of the project, the system is equipped with a multi-stage pretreatment unit that performs dust removal, oil removal, water removal, pressure reduction, and temperature reduction on the sample gas, ensuring that the components of the gas to be measured remains unchanged. Equipped with our independently developed 3D ion flow detector and high-precision pretreatment device, the system enables real-time online monitoring of purity and impurity levels of key components such as O2, N2, and Ar during the air separation rectification process. This provides accurate data support for the safe and stable operation of the device and the quality control of product gases.
