Three factors affecting the stability of on-line analytical instruments

The accuracy of on line instrument is generally higher, so the requirements of environmental factors are higher than other analytical instruments. But generally speaking, there are three main aspects:

1. Pressure: Each kind of analysis instrument, especially the gas analysis instrument will have the pressure request to the sample, when carrying on the instrument installation, not only must guarantee the sample pressure accord with the instrument request, but also must guarantee the pressure stability, this can be realized by installing the pressure adjusting valve.

2. Traffic: Different instruments also have strict requirements for flow. No matter the electrochemical principle, optical principle, mass spectrometry and other analytical instruments, will require the sample to pass under a certain flow rate, only in this way, to ensure the scientific and accurate analysis.

3.Temperature: Each machine is adapted to its own temperature requirements, which is due to the composition of the instrument's own materials, as well as the requirements of the analysis principle. Therefore, the high-demand analytical instruments should be installed in the constant temperature analytical cabin.
