Cems system concepts:
CEMS stand for Continuous Emission Monitoring System, which means the device for continuously monitoring the concentration and total emission of the gaseous pollutants and particulate matter emitted by the atmospheric pollution source and transmitting the information to the competent department in real time, and is called as the "automatic monitoring system of flue gas", also called the "continuous monitoring system of flue gas emission" or the "on line monitoring system of flue gas". CEMS is composed of gas pollutant monitoring subsystem, particulate monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem and data acquisition, processing and communication subsystem. The gas pollutant monitoring subsystem is mainly used to monitor the concentration and total emission of gas pollutants such as SO2 and NOx; The particle monitoring subsystem is mainly used to monitor the concentration and total emission of smoke and dust. The monitoring subsystem of flue gas parameters is mainly used to measure the flow rate, temperature, pressure, oxygen content and humidity of flue gas, etc., and is used to calculate the total emission and convert the relevant concentration. Data acquisition, processing and communication subsystem consists of data acquisition and computer system, real-time acquisition of various parameters, the concentration of the corresponding dry basis, wet basis and conversion concentration, the generation of day, month and year cumulative emissions, complete the loss of data compensation and real-time transmission of statements to the competent department. The smoke and dust test has been developed from the cross-flue opacity and β-ray dust-measuring instrument to the inserted back-scattering infrared or laser dust-measuring instrument and the front-scattering, side-scattering and electrical dust-measuring instrument. According to the different sampling methods, CEMS can be divided into three main technologies, direct measurement, extraction measurement and remote sensing measurement.
Flue gas: Refers to the waste gas pollution produced by an enterprise in the process of production, including: SO2, NOx, HCL, CO, CO2, and particulate matter, including oxygen content, etc.
Emissions: The term "exhaust gas generated from production" refers to the process in which an enterprise discharges its waste gas into the atmosphere.
Continuous: It means that the emission of the enterprise is a continuous process and the real-time monitoring of the system is also a continuous process.
Monitoring: The system can real-time monitor whether the harmful substances in the exhaust gas emitted by the enterprise exceed the standard, and at the same time automatically transmit the real-time data to the superior department.

Applications for Cems products:
The application of the product must have the certificate of the national environmental protection department and the measurement and production license, etc. At present, the product is mainly applied to the continuous monitoring of various industrial waste gas emission sources, including the thermal power plant, the waste incineration power plant, the chemical plant, the paper mill and other industries, has strong applicability, can on line measure the SO2 concentration, the NOx concentration, the CO concentration, the particulate matter concentration, the oxygen content, the temperature and humidity, the pressure and the flow rate and other gas parameters.
