With overpressure protection, when the pressure in the gas path exceeds the pressure protection range, automatically cut off the gas path on both sides of the sensor chamber;
High precision temperature and pressure automatic
compensation, reduce the impact of temperature and pressure on the measurement accuracy;
With over-range protection, when the oxygen concentration is higher than the protection limit value, automatically cut off the gas path on both sides of the sensor chamber, to avoid the sensor long time in the nvironment with high oxygen concentration and affect its performance and life.
