The CI-PC312 gas analyzer is a high content oxygen detection instrument. The analyzer is based on a microprocessor and uses a sensor based on the principle of magnetic mechanical measurement as the measuring unit to detect the concentration of O2 in gas. It has the characteristics of intelligence, high sensitivity, high accuracy, and good stability. The analyzer has functions such as alarm output, analog signal output, communication, etc. It supports O2 concentration display and is suitable for O2 concentration detection in air separation high-purity oxygen analysis, high-pressure oxygen storage, industrial control, pharmaceutical, nuclear industry, and chemical application fields.

    Magnetic Oxygen Principle
    The sensor consists of a pair of quartz glass dumbbell balls filled with nitrogen gas, surrounded by a platinum wire to form an electrical feedback loop. The dumbbell balls are suspended in a magnetic field and have a small reflector in the center. Due to the "magnetic levitation" effect, when there are oxygen molecules around the dumbbell, a deflection torque is generated under the action of a magnetic field, which is proportional to the volumetric magnetization of the gas surrounding the test object. It is directly proportional to the oxygen content in the measured gas. The current value in this circuit is proportional to the oxygen concentration, ensuring absolute linearity of the measured value from 0 to 100VOL%.Due to the "magnetic levitation" effect, the two balls of the test body are subjected to a deflection force, generating a deflection torque. The basic principles of these two types of instruments, including the eccentricity torque and the surrounding gas, are based on the paramagnetism of oxygen. They are not suitable for measuring high magnetization gases (such as NO, NO2) in the background gas.
