Chang Ai participated in Chun Lei Project study

The economic recession caused by covid-19 and the secondary disasters such as the social shutdown have caused a lot of impact on various enterprises, which makes people feel worried. Facing such a difficult situation, Chang Ai participated in the "Chun Lei Project" organized by Alibaba for two days and one night.

On July 5th, we embarked on a learning journey after gathering at Shanghai Hongqiao Alibaba. The mutual introduction on the bus gave us a preliminary understanding with the representatives of major enterprises, which laid the foundation for the subsequent group activities.

After arriving at the park, take a short break. Put on Allibaba "school uniform", after a simple and fun warm-up activity, they were grouped and officially started learning.

In the past two days, we have learned many levels of knowledge. By understanding the corporate culture of Alibaba, we understand the charm of the humanistic relationship and spiritual and cultural infection in the way of management; by understanding the knowledge of trade, we understand the advantages and disadvantages of digital management and multi-platform advertising.
