Recently, Chang Ai's 2025 Year-end Summary and Awards Ceremony, combined with the 2026 New Year Celebration, kicked off as scheduled.
All employees gathered together,

From reviewing achievements to honing capabilities, from recognizing role models to strategic planning, every segment embodied the Chang Ai spirit of "pursue excellence, beyond self," and infused new confidence and momentum into our shared future.

The first session on the annual meeting agenda featured department heads and employee representatives taking the stage to conduct a comprehensive review of the work carried out in 2025. From frontline insights in the market to efficiency improvements in the operational system, each report addressed issues head-on without sugarcoating achievements, using data to support conclusions and distilling experience from real cases. Each presenter serves as both practitioners and thinkers at the "forefront" of their respective business area; and through their candid sharing, they outlined the professional framework of Chang Ai's steady progress.
Ms. Qian Lulu, Chang Ai's Deputy General Manager, then provided a comprehensive review of the year's work. From a holistic perspective, she systematically outlined the company's breakthroughs and growth over the past year. Through detailed data comparisons and analysis of industry trends, she precisely identified key milestones and areas of potential growth, clearly illustrating the solid progress the company has made.

The intellectual highlight of the annual meeting came with the remarks of the founders, Mr. Chen Yaping and Mr. Tang Hai.
"Riding the tide is where the era has placed us; steering toward the future is the mission we must embrace." With succinct language, the two founders established Chang Ai's spiritual coordinates and issued a call to all employees: to reset with a zero-based mindset, to break boundaries with innovative courage, and to collectively steer Chang Ai's ship toward a vast blue ocean of future possibilities.
